Our imported wood burning oven was hand-built by Neapolitan artisans, and is maintained at a blistering 900+ degrees.

Our dough is made daily in-house using imported Caputo flour, used by the most highly rated pizzerias in Naples. In keeping with tradition, we use only the freshest and highest quality basic ingredients, including fresh Fior Di Latte Mozzarella Cheese, Mozzarella Di Bufala Campagna D.O.P., Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt and San Marzano tomatoes.
